Amendment of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1975
8. In regulation 18(1) of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1975 for the words “a child or children of the deceased's family” there shall be substituted the words “a child or children in respect of whom the deceased was entitled to child benefit”.
