Power of [F1 Health and Safety Executive] to grant exemptions U.K.

10.   [F1 The Health and Safety Executive] may grant exemptions from any requirement imposed by these Regulations and any such exemption may be unconditional or subject to such conditions as [F1 the Executive] may impose and may be with or without a limit of time.
