Without prejudice to the generality of regulation 3 above, Part I of the Act of 1965 shall apply in relation to the compulsory acquisition by an internal drainage board of an interest in or right over land by way of securing compulsorily the creation in their favour of a new interest or right with the modifications specified in paragraphs 10 to 15 below.
