Amendment to the Medicines (Labelling) Regulations 1976
3. For the definition of “medicinal product” in regulation 3(1) (definitions) of the Medicines (Labelling) Regulations 1976 as amended(1) there shall be substituted the definition—
““medicinal product”

S.I. 1976/968. The articles or substances described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to that order are any instrument, apparatus or appliance for use by being inserted in the uterus of a human being for the purpose of contraception.
