The 70 Miles Per Hour, 60 Miles Per Hour and 50 Miles Per Hour (Temporary Speed Limit) (Continuation) Order 1978

The Secretary of State for Transport (so far as relating to roads in England), the Secretary of State for Scotland (so far as relating to roads in Scotland) and the Secretary of State for Wales (so far as relating to roads in Wales) in exercise respectively of the powers conferred by section 77(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967, and now vested in them1, and of all other enabling powers, hereby make the following Order:—
