7.—(1) Paragraphs 3 to 7 of Part I of the Schedule to the Act shall be deleted and the following paragraphs shall be added after paragraph 2 of the said Part I:—
“3. The address of the premises where the set is to be installed.
4. Whether the set is designed for reception in colour.
5. The name, address and registration number of the dealer selling or letting the set.”
(2) Paragraphs 3 to 8 of Part II of the Schedule to the Act shall be deleted and the following paragraphs shall be added after paragraph 2 of the said Part II:—
“3. The address of the premises where the set is to be installed.
4. Whether the set is designed for reception in colour.
5. The name, address and registration number of the dealer selling or letting the set.”
(3) Paragraph 4 of Part III of the Schedule to the Act shall be amended by substituting for the words “first installed or normally kept” the words “to be installed” and paragraphs 6 and 7 of the said Part III shall be deleted.
(4) The Schedule to the Act, as amended by paragraphs (1) to (3) above, is, for convenience of reference, set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
