27. Any order made, or having effect as if made, under section 1, 9 or 12 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967 before 6th October 1980 and imposing a prohibition or restriction on waiting shall, subject to the provisions of any order made after that date varying or revoking any such prohibition or restriction, have effect as if the bringing into effect, by virtue of Article 3 above and Part I of the Schedule below, of the repeal, in section 1(3) of the said Act of 1967, of the words “or express carriage”, and the bringing into effect, by virtue of Article 3 above and Part I of the Schedule below, of section 13(3) had not occurred.
