2. The fee prescribed for the furnishing of a copy of a report under section 168(2) of the Companies Act 1948 or for furnishing a copy of a report or part of a report under that section as it applies for the purposes of section 172 of that Act(1) shall be 10 pence for each page copied.
Section 172 of the Companies Act 1948 has been amended by section 89 of the Companies Act 1981.
