PART II E+W+S Conditions as to Erection of Sign shown in Part I of this Schedule

1.  The sign shall be securely fixed against a wall of the vehicle testing station. E+W+S

2.  The sign shall be so exhibited that no part thereof is above the fascia level of the vehicle testing station or above fifteen feet from the ground, whichever is the lower. E+W+S
