This Order amends the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Saint Helena) Order 1980 so as to enable the Colonial Treasurer to charge for certificates given in pursuance of any provision contained in section 5(2A) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 or section 4(13) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1974, as extended to Saint Helena by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) Order 1975 as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1981.
