This Order amends the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Turks and Caicos Islands) Order 1980 so as to enable the Financial Secretary to charge for certificates given in pursuance of any provision contained in section 5(2A) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 or section 4(13) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Turks and Caicos Islands) Order 1975 as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Turks and Caicos Islands) (Amendment) Order 1981.
