Exemptions from the requirements of section 68 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 (official log books)

The requirement imposed by section 68 of the Act of 1970 that an official log book shall be kept in every ship registered in the United Kingdom shall not apply to—
a
a ship belonging to a general lighthouse authority;
b
a ship of less than 25 gross tons; or
c
a pleasure yacht.
