Coming into Operation
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as respects England, and the Secretary of State as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 17 of, and the Third Schedule to, the Agricultural Wages Act 1948, and now vested in the said Minister in relation to England and the Secretary of State in relation to Wales1, and of all their other enabling powers, hereby make the following regulations:—
