The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (Commencement) Order 1982 No. 1770 (C. 55)

2.  Part II (“Supply of Services”) of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 together with so much of sections 18 and 19 of the Act as relates to that Part shall come into operation on 4th July 1983.
