This Order amends the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale—Exemption) Order 1980 by extending the range of products which may be sold or supplied by state registered chiropodists free from the restrictions on retail transactions in medicinal products imposed by the Medicines Act 1968 by sections 52 (pharmacy only) and 53 (conditions for sale of products on a general sale list).
