The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(1) and (3), 12(4), 14(1), 54(1) and 58(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 19631 and now vested in him2 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
