The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1983

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(2) and (6) of the Road Traffic Act 1972 and now vested in him1, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with the provisions of section 199(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
