PROTECTION OF TRADING INTERESTS
This Order extends to the Bailiwick of Jersey the Protection of Trading Interests Act 1980, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to the Order.

In this Order, “Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey and the territorial waters adjacent thereto.
