SCHEDULE 3PROVISIONS OF THE ACT WHICH COME INTO FORCE ON 1ST APRIL 1984

| (i) Health Visiting and Social Work (Training) Act 1962 (c. 33); | |
| (ii) Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (c. 42); | |
| (iii) Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 1977 (c. 49); | |
| (iv) Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1979 (c. 36). |
