1. This Order may be cited as the Telecommunications Act 1984 (Isle of Man) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 10th July 1984.
2. It is hereby directed that the provisions of the Telecommunications Act 1984 specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall extend to the Isle of Man subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in Part II of that Schedule and to the provisions of Part III of that Schedule relating to the coming into force in the Isle of Man of those provisions of that Act.
