The Social Security (Contributions and Credits) (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Regulations 1985

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by sections 4(6A) and (6D), 13(4) and 168(1) of, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 19851 and section 32(6) of the Social Security Act 1985 , and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only provisions consequential on section 7 of the said Act of 1985 and regulations made under section 4(6A) and (6D) of the Social Security Act 1975, makes the following regulations:—
