The vacancy in the membership of the Peak Park Joint Planning Board arising in pursuance of paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 3 to the Act shall be treated, for the purposes of paragraph 12A of Schedule 17 to the Local Government Act 19721 and article 6(4) of the Peak Park Joint Planning Board Order 19732, as a casual vacancy.
