Consequential modifications and repeals3

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 shall have effect subject to the modifications and repeals specified in that Schedule.

The enactments and instruments mentioned in Schedule 4 are repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
