1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1985.

2.  The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval for Goods Vehicles) (Great Britain) Regulations 1982(1) are hereby amended so that in paragraph (2) of Regulation 3, in sub-paragraph (g) for the words “engineering plant, a land tractor” there are substituted the words “an agricultural motor vehicle, engineering plant”.
