1. The functions of the Greater London Council under the London County Council (Crystal Palace) Act 1951 are conferred on the council of the London borough of Bromley.
2.—(1) The management and control of Victoria Park exercised by the Greater London Council in pursuance of article 30 of the London Government Order 1965 shall on and after 1st April 1986 be exercised by the council of the London borough of Tower Hamlets.
(2) Victoria Park shall be kept open and managed, maintained and repaired by that council for the use of the public.
3. All rights and liabilities of the Greater London Council in respect of Cleopatra's Needle shall vest in Westminster City Council, and section 3 of the Monuments (Metropolis) Act 1878 shall be amended by the substitution for references to the Greater London Council of references to Westminster City Council.
