In pursuance of section 7 of the Poisons Act 1972 and on the recommendation of the Poisons Board, I hereby make the following Rules:—
1. These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1986.
2. Schedule 4 to the Poisons Rules 1982(1) shall be amended by the insertion, in Group I, after the words “fluorescent lamps”, of the words “flux in any form for use in soldering”.

These Rules amend the Poisons Rules 1982 by including in the general exemptions contained in Schedule 4 any form of flux for use in soldering.
