(i) sections 30(2), 33(1)(a) and (4) and 34, in section 36, subsections (2), (4) and (5), in subsection (6), the words “Subject to the following provisions of this section”, subsection (7), in subsection (8), the words from “but the scheme” to the end and subsection (9), sections 37 and 39(2), (3) and (4)(a), in section 44A(1)(b) and (4), the words “to requisite benefits”, in section 66(1) the definition of “requisite benefits” and, in the definition of “resources”, the words “(whether requisite benefits or other benefits)”, in Schedule 2, paragraph 4 and in Schedule 4, in paragraph 31, the definition of “requisite benefits” and paragraph 32(a);	(requisite benefits)
(ii) in section 32(4), the words “relating to the scheme or its management”, and sections 41(4) and 49(3) and (7);	(functions of Occupational Pensions Board)
