1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Loading Areas) Regulations 1986, and shall come into operation on 1st April 1986.
(2) The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Loading Areas) Regulations 1978 are hereby revoked.
