This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1986.

This Order shall come into operation—
a
for the purposes of Article 2(1), on 1st January 1987;
b
for the purposes of Article 2(2), on such day as section 189 of, and Schedule 14 to, the Financial Services Act 19862 come into force.
