The Teachers (Superannuation) Act 1925131 and rules from time to time in force under that Act, a Teachers Superannuation Scheme within the meaning of section 145(47) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1962132, and regulations from time to time in force under section 102 of that Act or under the Teachers' Superannuation Act 1965133, the Teachers' Superannuation Act 1967134, the Teachers Superannuation (Scotland) Act 1968135 or section 9 of the Act of 1972.
