PART III

7.  Provisions of or under the Local Government Superannuation (Scotland) Act 1937(1), the Act of 1953, section 7 of the Act of 1972, or a local Act scheme, as in force from time to time, being provisions relating to the payment of pensions, allowances or gratuities by local authorities or other bodies in Scotland.

8.  Regulations from time to time in force under section 67 of the National Health Service Act 1946(2), section 66 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947(3) or section 10 of the Act of 1972.

9.  Regulations from time to time in force under section 61 of the Health Services (Northern Ireland) Act 1948(4) or article 12 of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.
