SCHEDULE 18 FUND APPORTIONMENT WHERE 100 OR MORE TRANSFER THEIR PENSION RIGHTS UNDER REGULATION J14

PART I

13.  Except with the agreement of the scheme managers of the approved non-local government scheme, the apportionment date shall not be later than six months after the date on which the appropriate adminstering authority receive the actuary's report.
