The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment Scheme 1986 No. 628

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment Scheme 1986 and shall come into operation on 28th July 1986.

(2) In this Scheme the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983(1).
