The Job Release Act 1977 (Continuation) Order 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(4)(b) of the Job Release Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which was laid before the House of Commons and approved by resolution of that House in accordance with section 1(5) of the Job Release Act 1977:-
