4. In this Scheme—
(i)“the motorway” | means the special road to be provided in pursuance of the Mid Kent Motorway M20 (Maidstone— Chegworth Section) Scheme 1981(1); |
(ii)“the deposited plan” | means the plan folio numbered RSE M20/5/65/1/2 marked “The M20 Motorway (Maidstone East Interchange) Connecting Roads Scheme 1987”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY; |
(iii)“the special roads” | means the special roads which the Secretary of State is authorised by this scheme to provide. |
