Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Transport on the application of the Dorset County Council and the Swanage Railway Company Limited and in exercise of powers conferred by sections 3, 7, 9, 10 and 11 of the Light Railways Act 18961 as amended by the Light Railways Act 19122 and Part V of the Railways Act 19213, and by section 121(4) of the Transport Act 19684, and now vested in him5 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
