Power to acquire by agreement, continue and maintain works
3.—(1) The Authority may acquire by agreement and thereafter continue and maintain the specified mains.
(2) The specified mains, when acquired by the Authority shall for all purposes form part of the undertaking and for the purposes of the Third Schedule as applied to the undertaking the specified mains shall be deemed to have been laid or constructed by the Authority for the purpose of giving a general supply of water.
