Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979(1).
