Amendment of Rule 4.2240

In paragraph (1) of Rule 4.22 the words “and the nature of the relief which is sought by the petitioner,” shall be omitted.

After paragraph (1) of Rule 4.22 there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

No petition shall be filed unless there is produced with it the receipt for the deposit payable on presentation.
