Amendment and application
3.—(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) the principal Rules shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to these Rules.
(2) The principal Rules as so amended shall apply on and after the date on which these Rules come into force to all insolvency proceedings to which the principal Rules apply, whenever such proceedings have commenced.
(3) Any form which is substituted by a form (“a new form”) contained in Part III of the Schedule to these Rules may continue to be used instead of the new form for the purpose for which it was prescribed, and with such variations as circumstances require, until 1st March 1988.
