PART I E+W+S GENERAL

[F1 Disapplication of section 1(1A) of the Administration Act E+W+S

2A.   Section 1(1A) of the Administration Act (requirement to state national insurance number) shall not apply—

(a) to a child or young person in respect of whom income support is claimed;

(b) to a partner in respect of whom a claim for income support is made or treated as made before [F2 5th October 1998].]
