4. Except as provided in paragraph 5, the weekly premiums specified in Part IV of this Schedule shall, for the purposes of regulations 17[F1(1)](d) [F2and 18(1)](e), be applicable to a claimant who satisfies the condition specified in paragraphs 8 to 14 in respect of that premium.E+W+S
