36. The total of a claimant's income or, if he is a member of a family, the family's income and the income of any person which he is treated as possessing under regulation 23 (3) (calculation of income and capital of members of claimant's family and of a polygamous marriage) to be disregarded under regulation 63 (2) (b) and 64 (1) (c) (calculation of covenant income where a contribution assessed)[, regulation 66A(2) (treatment of student loans)] [, regulation 66B(3) (treatment of payments from access funds)] and [paragraphs 15(1)] and 16 shall in no case exceed [£20] per week.E+W+S
