[F32. The circumstances referred to in regulation 34A are that—
(a)[F4[F5the amount to be met under—
(i)Schedule 3 to the Income Support Regulations; or
(ii)Schedule 2 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations; or
(iii)Schedule II to the State Pension Credit Regulations;][F6or]
[F6(iv)Schedule 6 to the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations,]
by reference to the standard rate F7... and, in the case of income support, to any amount payable in accordance with paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to the Income Support Regulations;]
(b)the relevant benefits to which a relevant beneficiary is entitled are payable in respect of a period of 7 days or a multiple of such a period.]]
