8. Any arrears of, or any concessionary payment made to compensate for arrears due to non-payment of—U.K.
(a)any payment specified in paragraphs 4, 6 or 7 of Schedule 2;
(b)an income-related benefit [F1or income-based jobseeker’s allowance,] or supplementary benefit under the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 M1, family income supplement under the Family Income Supplements Act 1970 M2 or housing benefit under Part II of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 M3,
(c)[F2any earnings top-up,]
but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of the receipt of the arrears or of the concessionary payment.
