NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, SCOTLAND

These regulations provide that health authorities in Scotland shall, for the purposes of the food legislation (as defined in these regulations) and of any regulations or order made under that legislation, be treated as both owners and occupiers of premises used by them.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 1(2)(a) of the National Health Service (Amendment) Act 19861, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:
