4.  In this Scheme—

(i) “the motorway”	means the special road known as the M6 Catthorpe—Carlisle Motorway;
(ii) “the deposited plan”	means the plan folio numbered HA 16/1 EC/43 marked “The M6 Motorway (Catthorpe Interchange) Connecting Roads Scheme 1987”, containing a key plan and one plan marked “Scheme Plan”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY;
(iii) “the special roads”	means the special roads which the Secretary of State is authorised by this Scheme to provide.
