In exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 1 to 8 of the Police Pensions Act 19761, and after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board for the United Kingdom and, so far as Regulation H6 is concerned, with the Council on Tribunals in pursuance of section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19712, I hereby, with the consent of the Treasury3, make the following Regulations:—
