This Regulation shall apply to a child of a regular policeman who dies while entitled to a deferred pension, whether or not that pension has come into payment.

Subject to Regulations D5 (limitations) and E8 (increase during first 13 weeks), a child to whom this Regulation applies shall be entitled to an accrued allowance calculated in accordance with Part III of Schedule D.
