Part III Preserved Interchange Arrangements

Section 1— Civil service and Metropolitan Police Civil Staff service

1.  This Section shall apply in relation to service or employment—

(a) as a civil servant, or

(b) in the metropolitan civil staffs within the meaning of section 15 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967(1).
